Adorable Boerum Hill Two-Bedroom on a Condo-Filled Block Wants $739K

New, 6 comments

This charming co-op is a unique alternative to the condos that've popped up on the block

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This charming Boerum Hill co-op, located at 467 Pacific Street, sits next to Morris Adjmi's luxury condo building 465 Pacific. But unlike that pricey development, where the cheapest two-bedroom was priced at $1 million (nearly all of its units are now in contract), this two-bedroom is actually somewhat reasonable: It's asking $739,000. (Full disclosure: This listing came to Curbed from a fellow Vox Media employee, who's selling the apartment, but it's too cute to pass up.) The 700-square-foot pad has large windows, a galley kitchen, and two bedrooms (one of which could be converted to a second living space, as the current owner has done).
