Actor Michael C. Hall Scores a Greenwich Lane Apartment for $4.3M

The former Dexter actor is putting down roots in NYC after a few Broadway stints

He may be best-known for playing slightly creepy, death-preoccupied characters on Six Feet Under and Dexter, but actor Michael C. Hall has been branching out in the years since the latter series ended. He's become a staple of New York's theater scene, starring in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway and, most recently, in Lazarus, scored by the late David Bowie. So it's no surprise that Hall recently picked up a NYC pad, forking over $4.3 million for a two-bedroom in the Greenwich Lane complex in the West Village, according to Luxury Listings NYC. The 1,586-square-foot condo is a lovely (if not that remarkable) space, with a chef's kitchen, a high-ceilinged living room, and access to the complex's many amenities, including a pool and an indoor courtyard.
