Completion of the Ben Shaoul’s condominium conversion of the Ralph Walker-designed Verizon Building at 100 Barclay Street is due this summer and its residents will be able to go surfing on the internet like nobody else in the city. They will be the first to have access to Verizon’s one gigabit service, The Real Deal reported. The service will be included in the monthly common charges and will allow the download of a full-length high definition movie in about 10 seconds. Other amenities will include a wine tasting room, a club lounge, a bar, and a fitness center.
