Developer Astral Weeks is all over the place lately. The likely Van Morrison fans revealed two new properties, in Williamsburg and Flatbush, back in December; and now, YIMBY has a first look at yet another of the developer's buildings, this one in East Flatbush.
The latest building will rise four stories, with ten units that could average around 925 square feet, according to YIMBY. The new development will replace a small wood-frame home that had stood on the site for a century before being demolished. While there won't be any parking, the building will have storage and a roof deck.
Bricolage Designs is the architect of record, which explains why the rendering resembles so many of Astral Weeks' other buildings—in fact, it looks extremely similar to the developer's buildings at Nostrand and Erasmus avenues, except with a different facade.
