First Puck Penthouse to Hit the Market Finally Has a Buyer

New, 9 comments

The smallest of the Puck Building's six penthouses is off the market

More than two years after it first hit the market, the smallest and least expensive of the pricey Puck Penthouses—no. VI, a 4,895-square-foot, three-bedroom pad—is officially in contract. A rep for Kushner Companies confirmed that the listing, which was on the market for $18.5 million, has found a buyer, though a sale price has not been confirmed yet.

Penthouse VI was the first of the Puck's six luxe penthouses to officially hit the market back in 2014, though at the time it was going for $21 million (and was listed with Elliman). It reappeared earlier this year, this time with Corcoran, with an $18.5 million price tag; it was only on the market for two months before someone snapped it up.

This leaves just one of the Puck's penthouses up for grabs: the $58.5 million Penthouse I, which is still among the priciest listings in NYC right now, despite getting a pretty hefty price chop earlier this year.
