The 42-story building is getting its facade

With completion slated for next year, construction of Riverside Center’s first condominium tower—One West End—is humming along nicely. The base looks nearly finished, and glass is being installed on the tower, as seen in photos posted by Tectonic. When complete, the 42-story building designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli will have 246 units.

Sales are already underway, with StreetEasy showing 139 currently active sales, of which 122 are already in contract. Elad Group and Silverstein Properties are the developers.

Amenities will include a 75-foot swimming pool, 12,000-square-foot terrace with cabanas, a demonstration kitchen, "substantial green space and areas for grilling and outdoor entertaining," a communal "living room" with a working fireplace, and rooms for children and gaming.
