Puck Penthouse, Never Before Listed, Hits the Market For $19.95M

New, 10 comments

Features three bedrooms and just under 5,000 square feet of space

One of the priciest residential buildings in the city is offering up yet another unit. A three-bedroom apartment in the Puck Penthouses building is now on the market for $19.95 million. Penthouse III features just under 5,000 square feet of space and includes some standout feature like Terrazzo floors, custom white oak cabinetry, barrel vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room, and heated floors in two of the five bathrooms in the apartment.

This particular unit has never been listed before, according to available records, but Curbed has reached out to a representative for the development to confirm.

The Puck Penthouses building features a total of six units. News emerged on Monday that the first Puck Penthouse to be listed on the market, back in the fall of 2014, had sold for $18.5 million. It's been a tough sell for the Jared Kushner-developed property since its launch, and the most expensive unit has already slashed its ask since it went on the market. But, according to StreetEasy, that penthouse (Penthouse I) along with Penthouse III are now the only units still on the market.
