This development has generated plenty of news right from the start what with its odd marketing campaign, and the fact that a theater was discovered under the previous building that occupied this spot. But with all that hooplah behind them, Ben Shaoul's Magnum Real Estate Group has launched sales on the 32 apartments at 100 Avenue A.
The eight-story building, which was designed by Issac Stern Architects, P.C., features one and two bedroom condos including four penthouses. The cheapest unit was going for $1.285 million, but that's already in contact as are half the units in the building, which the sales and marketing team attributes to an "early buzz generated by a daring marketing campaign featuring nearly nude models painted to blend into their surroundings," according to a press release.
The priciest unit for $2.55 million is also in contract, and the current availability starts at $1.345 million for a one-bedroom and goes up to $2.495 million two-bedroom with just over 1,000 square feet of space.
Amenities for all residents in the condo building include a landscaped roof deck, a second floor garden, and what's more their very own Blink Fitness gym. Well, not quite. Residents get a discount for when the gym opens a location on the ground floor.
