Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
Sales on mid-market apartments asking between $1 million and $4 million may be moving along swimmingly as sales in the luxury market tier begin to dry up, but sales under $1 million in New York City are always a hot ticket, especially when they're as cute as this one-bedroom Gramercy co-op. On the market for $899,000, the apartment on East 16th Street between Third Avenue and Rutherford Place has a spacious bedroom with two closets, two additional closets in the living room, and an updated kitchen. One strange thing about the apartment is that the stove is in the living area, but look at it this way: all the better for socializing while cooking.
