It's only been about six months since the ten Navy Green townhouses launched sales, but things have been moving at a steady clip at the Brooklyn Navy Yard-adjacent development since then. Those homes are now 80 percent sold, and as a result of that, the second and final batch of 13 townhouses, located at 14-38 Vanderbilt Avenue, are now on the market after soft-launching in the fall.
Much like the first batch, located on Clermont Avenue, the Vanderbilt homes were designed by FXFOWLE and Curtis + Ginsberg Architects. They measure roughly 3,000 square feet and have either three or four bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, a media room, and in-home laundry, along with private outdoor spaces. The two Vanderbilt Avenue homes that are currently listed on Navy Green's website, nos. 38 and 32, are listed at $2.1 million and $2.2 million, respectively.
The townhouses are just one component of the larger Navy Green development, which also includes 98 condos (which have since sold out), along with two all-affordable buildings that were completed in 2012.
