It's the first new luxury rental to go up on York Avenue in quite some time, according to the developer, and the units are now set to go on the market Monday morning. The 21-story Rose Modern will unveil part of its 81 rental units on March 7. Apartments up till the eighth floor will be available for occupancy by April and May, and the rest of the units will go on the market later in May.
Apartments at the Golden Asset-developed building range in size from studios to three-bedrooms, including four penthouses. Studios start at $2,675, and the priciest penthouse will rent for $22,000 per month. Most units feature private balconies as well.
Amenities in the Stephen B. Jacobs Group-designed building include two common roofdecks, a resident's lounge that includes a gourmet kitchen, co-working spaces, a yoga and dance studio, and a children's play room.
The developers have created a virtual tour of some of the units that can be viewed on the Rose Modern's website.
