Tiny, Renovated Park Slope Studio Wants Equally Tiny $369K

New, 11 comments

The space may be small, but it has some rather adorable features

This co-op studio was completely renovated to woo buyers with tantalizing amenities like custom woodworking, exposed brick, a designer kitchen, and…a Murphy bed? Yeah, you read that right—the place is tiny. (There's no floorplan or square footage listed, but it's safe to assume it's a micro apartment.)

But props to the broker, who knowingly buried that information amid other, more delightful details, like a full-sized soaking tub, marble floors, what seems to be a shared garden, and best of all, a prime Park Slope location at 3rd Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. Also notable: The building is pet-friendly, so tiny dogs won’t be turned away. The small space is asking $369,000 (plus a $371 maintenance fee).
