What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op in Cobble Hill

Square Footage: 1,000

Maintenance/CC: $798

Known for its glorious single-family town- and carriage houses (and its large price tags), Cobble Hill is an aspirational neighborhood. But this one-bedroom co-op presents a stepping stone, or at least some very comfortable digs. The apartment oozes rustic charm with a reclaimed wood butcher block island and buffet, exposed brick, and a reclaimed barn board wall in the bedroom. The living area is tight, but cozy, and includes a custom-built bar. Another of the apartment's huge perks is its spacious terrace. How much do you think this co-op is asking?
