Eight-Story Condo Building Coming to Tribeca

The project will hold 21 apartments

A block of Tribeca is set to see a transformation. Permits were filed on Wednesday to construct an eight-story, 21-unit condo building West Broadway, occupying the full block between Warren and Murray streets, YIMBY reported. The building will use the address 75 West Broadway and will rise 120 feet. With 45,413 square feet of residential space, the average unit size should be over 2,162 square feet. There will also be 9,653 square feet of retail space.

Amenities in the BKSK Architects-designed building will include 18 parking spaces, a shared terrace, and some private terraces. In order for construction of the Cape Advisors-developed project to go forward, the structures at 61-69 West Broadway, 71 West Broadway, 59 Warren Street, 61 Warren Street, and 57-61 Murray Street will all have to be demolished.
