One of the newest residential presences along the High Line has revealed itself to the public and now you can see how it stacks up to the design you thought you were getting. It’s a case of rendering vs. reality at 505W19, the two-building development designed by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. The reality may look even better than the rendering.
The complex has 35 condos, ranging from one- to five-bedrooms. People are already living there and Penthouse 2 just closed for $17,921,000. There are only five units left available.
