What/Where: Two-bedroom co-op on the Upper East Side

Square Footage: 1,150

Maintenance: $2,233

Let's get two things out of the way with this apartment: 1) It's on the cusp of what's traditionally considered the Upper East Side and Yorkville; and 2) yes, we know the maintenance fee is pretty darn high. But the place itself is rather large—more than 1,000 square feet—with two bedrooms on either side of a long living room. (You can see how the current owners configured it, carving out a dining area close to the kitchen.) There are two bathrooms, and no less than five closets (some of which are walk-ins) throughout. So how much do you think it's asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
