Condo sales launched last September at 200 Water, a former Brillo factory in Dumbo that belonged to the Jehovah's Witnesses before they sold it off. The development team of Megalith Capital Management and Urban Realty Partners took on Aufgang Architects and Gil Even-Tsur to totally redesign that building into 15 spacious condos with prices starting from $2.85 million. Fancy finishes include radiant heated Siberian white oak flooring, Montclair Denby marble kitchen countertops, Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures and wine coolers. And some apartments boast walk-in pantries, laundry rooms and sliding walls so light can infiltrate the entirety of the space. (14-foot ceilings also help keep things pretty bright and airy.)
Now you can really get a feel for the interior design of the apartments. The development team released photos of the model apartment, which will also serve as the sales office. Charles Homet, the sales manager at 200 Water Street, called the unit "elegant and monolithic," saying that "we are thrilled to have officially unveiled it and to receive such extremely positive responses." So far, nine of the 15 apartments are in contract. Construction is still happening; the units should be ready for occupancy later this year. According to Streeteasy, prices on available two- to four-bedroom units range from $2.85 million up to $4.4 million.
