After One Week, Late Flyers Owner Ed Snider's Gramercy Park Pad Sells

Well that was quick. Just one week after it hit the market, the 50 Gramercy Park North pad of late Philadelphia Flyers owner Ed Snider has entered contract. The news comes by way of listing agent Fredrik Eklund, who writes to say that not only is the 3BR/3.5BA in contract, but it had an offer out for it on the first day it reappeared on the market. The news is so fresh that at the time of writing the "In Contract" banner has yet to hit Douglas Elliman's site or StreetEasy.

The 2,873-square-foot apartment has been on and off the market since 2014, when it was first listed with an ask of $8.75 million. It was most recently listed for $7.5 million, just $500,000 more than Snider paid for it in 2011.
