It’s been more than two years since construction began on Riverside Center’s massive rental tower at 21 West End Avenue, which will bring more than 600 apartments to the neighborhood. But construction is now nearly complete, and in anticipation of move-ins, developer The Dermot Company has launched a website for the building; Curbed also has new renderings for the 43-story luxury tower, giving prospective tenants an idea of what they can look forward to once units officially open to residents in June.

The developer commissioned SLCE architects, along with design studio ICRAVE, to craft 21 West End. The new renderings show off some of those designs, along with the building's deluxe amenities, which will be spread over 35,000 square feet designed and will include perks like a communal green space, indoor children’s playground, fitness center, and a 60-foot swimming pool.

The building will have 616 rentals with prices beginning at $3,700 per month for a studio apartment. Of these, 127 units have been set aside as affordable, with rent starting around $565.
