Tiny, Adorable Boerum Hill Studio Seeks an Equally Small $385,000

This studio is all about location, location, location

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

What this tiny Boerum Hill studio lacks in size, it more than makes up for in location: It's situated on a lovely, tree-lined block that's close to plenty of subway stops, restaurants, and more. And even though the size of this place will likely turn some people off—realistically, this is a home meant for a single person, or a couple that doesn't mind being in close quarters—the apartment does have plenty of charming attributes. There's a wood-burning fireplace embedded into an exposed brick wall, a renovated kitchen with appliances that aren't exactly dollhouse-sized, and space-saving custom shelving. The ask is a rather small (relatively speaking) $385,000, and maintenance fees are only $370 per month.
