Morris Adjmi's 11 Great Jones Street is in the priciest neighborhood in the city, so it was a major curveball when the Noho building hit the market as rentals rather than condos. But it appears the risk has paid off. The 11-apartment building, which hit the market in late January, is now completely occupied, a tipster tells Curbed.
The rentals in one of the coolest downtown neighborhoods didn't come cheap. Apartments in the Kano Properties-developed building on Lafayette and Great Jones streets rented from $12,000 for a 2BR/2.5BA to $21,000 for a 3BR/4.5BA with a rooftop terrace. Each apartment in the building is larger than 1,300 square feet and comes with ceilings 10.5 feet or higher, and has interiors designed by Voce Di.
11 Great Jones Street shares a border with Annabelle Selldorf's condo at 10 Bond Street, and (surprise!) that's also now fully occupied. The boutique building's last condo to sell, a 4BR/3.5BA apartment toured by celeb couple Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik is now in contract for $6.35 million.
