Residents will start moving into Glenwood Management's Lincoln Square building as early as July 1, 6sqft reports, with leasing on the rental units having launched on Monday. The 48-story building features a total of 205-market rate apartments, and the lottery for the 52 affordable units in the building launched in January this year.
The units aren't yet on StreetEasy, but at least four of them can be seen on Glenwood Management's website. Of the units listed for The Encore, as the building is known, a studio is going for $3,483 per month, a one-bedroom for $,4,790 per month, and a couple of two-bedrooms going for $7,297 and $8,663 respectively (all net-effective rents for those who want to sign up right now).
The priciest unit listed — one of the two-bedrooms — includes features like Jet Mist granite countertops in the kitchen, marble bathrooms, solid strip bamboo flooring in the living room, and a washer/dryer in unit (a feature available in all units).
Amenities at the Encore include a 50-foot glass tile lap pool on the roof that sits under a skylight, a fitness center, and a 24-hour doorman.
Designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, The Encore is one of four buildings that Glenwood Management owns on the Upper West Side, mostly notably Hawthorne Park.
