The penthouse at the High Line-hugging HL23 at 515 West 23rd Street was recently listed at an ambitious asking price of $23 million. Today, that price has reduced to a humbler $15.995 million. The new asking price is still far from a bargain as it seeks over $4 million more than the purchase price paid by hedge funder Pierre Lagrange when he bought the condo in 2012 for around $11.288 million
The Corcoran Group and Sotheby’s International Realty are co-listing the three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom duplex with 3,554 interior square feet and 1,173 exterior square feet. Amenities include a 40-foot glass room, an 1,100 square foot wrap terrace, two retractable walls, and a pretty spectacular view of the High Line.
