Yet another high-end condo has landed in Hell's Kitchen. Shore Assets and PILOT Real Estate Group's five-story boutique condo at 318 West 47th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues hit the market this morning with a 1,313-square-foot two-bedroom asking $2.495 million.

The condo is one of five apartments in the William Leggio-designed building that will have interiors by Katch I.D. that "feature classic materials that speak to the authentic, untouched nature of the neighborhood." Those features include 7-inch white oak flooring, honed marble in the kitchens and bathrooms, Miele appliance packages, and Electrolux washers and dryers.

Apartments in the building will ask up to $5.995 million and come in several configurations including a duplex penthouse with a terrace and a 3,585-square-foot maisonette with a private parking garage. All apartments have keyed elevator access and private outdoor space.

Building amenities will include a 24-hour virtual doorman, delivery storage with remote building access, additional storage, and bike parking.
