The site at 239 Tenth Avenue in Chelsea has been home to a Getty gas station and an art installation full of fake sheep, and soon it'll be home to condo designed by Peter Marino Architects (you may know him as "the leather daddy of luxury"). The building, developed by Michael Shvo and Victor Group, is currently under construction, and Field Condition recently stopped by to check in on its progress. The building will eventually rise 11 stories over Tenth Avenue, with six units planned, according to the most recent DOB filings.
