The 4,663-square-foot Penthouse 2 is asking $13.965 million and comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a 75-foot terrace. It also has interior touches specified by David Mann of MR Architecture + Décor, like a bio-fuel fireplace (sounds fancy) with a with blackened steel and marble surround.
The slender Flatiron building between Fifth and Sixth avenues was poised to be topped by a $35 million penthouse when word of the development first spread in 2013, but the market has changed.
