The 23-story Yorkville building features 104 apartments

At their newest project, Extell Development is looking for a relatively modest sellout of $535 million, The Real Deal reports. Located at 200 East 95th Street, The Kent features a total of 104 apartments.

In comparison, Extell is anticipating sellouts of $2.1 billion at One Manhattan Square on the Lower East Side, and $4.4 billion at Central Park Tower.

The Kent came about with the purchase of two walk-up buildings on Third Avenue between East 94th and 95th Streets back in 2004. Those will now be replaced by a 23-story tower that will span a total of 190,000 square feet.
