The 19-story, renovated building features 256 apartments

Less than a month after renderings were unveiled for a renovated, 19-story rental building on the Lower East Side, a bunch of listings have now gone live for the project at 275 South Street. 6sqft reported on the offerings, which are accompanied by several new interior renderings.

Of the listed apartments, prices range from $4,295 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom and go up to $5,500 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. The building will also have less pricey studios and one-bedrooms, but they aren't on the market yet. Once the renovation project is complete, the building will have a total of 256 apartments.

Previously known as Lands End I, this mixed-income building was purchased by Nelson Management Group and L+M Development Partners last year, for an undisclosed sum. The renovation is being designed by ORE Design + Technology. The firm is working on features like a renovated exterior with "special light features." The project is expected to wrap up sometime next year. The developers have tapped Bold New York as the exclusive leasing agent for the project.

The renovated building is close to Extell's One Manhattan Square skyscraper as well as JDS' planned 900-foot tower on Cherry Street.
