The facade work on Robert A.M. Stern’s Yorkville tower is nearly complete, new photos by Tectonic, published on YIMBY reveal. Located at 20 East End Avenue, the tower stands 210-feet tall — a relatively small project compared to his behemoths at 30 Park Place and 220 Central Park South.
The Corigin Real Estate Group-developed property features 43 apartments spread out over 17 floors. Amenities include a library, billiards, a game room, a fitness center, and a wine cellar among others. Sales launched in January 2015, and several of the building’s apartments are already in contract. Of those still available, prices range from $4.5 million for a two-bedroom to $35 million for a five-bedroom penthouse.
