For $3M, Soho Loft Comes With Design Services of Its Seller

New, 2 comments

Italian architect and designer Gaetano Pesce, who used the space as his studio, will redesign it for you

As it’s currently configured, this loft at 543 Broadway in Soho’s Cast Iron District is a big, open space—which makes sense, since it’s currently used as an artist's studio. But its $2.995 million asking price comes with a perk: the current owner, Italian architect and artist Gaetano Pesce, will create what the listing calls a "master design vision" for the 2,300-square-foot space, turning the studio into an "inspired home." The brokerbabble is pushing this selling point hard, describing this as "a RARE OPPORTUNITY to own an intimate and distinctive piece of history"—but, hey, we’ll give them that, considering the pedigree.
