When Knicks star Carmelo Anthony wanted a New York City condo, he opted for an $11 million apartment along the white hot High Line. But LA Clipper shooting guard J.J. Redick is going more low-profile. The Post reports that Redick just bought himself a little slice of NYC real estate in Dumbo; a 3BR/4BR penthouse in the warehouse conversion at 51 Jay Street. Redick laid out $4.25 million for the 2,058-square-foot duplex that includes two terraces and very Dumbo-y casement windows.
The conversion is the work of Adam America and Slate Property Group with ODA Architecture, who are transforming the former Jay Street Arts Building into 74 condos.
