Circa Central Park, the semicircular condo building coming to Central Park's northwest corner, is finally getting its mirror-like facade. Intrepid city photographer Tectonic swung by the site along Frederick Douglass Circle and took a few pictures of the action. But it doesn't look like a whole lot has happened at the site since the 11-story building topped out in January.
Sales of the building's 38 condos launched in early April from $1.1 million, and StreetEasy shows that of the 20 active sales, 12 units are in contract. The building, whose official address is 285 West 110th Street, is designed by FXFOWLE and is being developed by Artimus Construction. It's rising on the former site of a BP gas station.
