The West Side condo that’s attracted big names like Jon Bon Jovi and Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk has nabbed another: Ben Stiller. The Observer reports that the actor has dished out just over $15 million for a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom apartment at 150 Charles Street with views onto the Hudson River.
Stiller used the same trust name he and wife Christine Taylor used to purchase their former Upper West Side duplex that they’ve since unloaded at a $1 million loss. (The LLC is Riverside Trust—nothing too exciting there.)
The apartment covers 3,395 square feet and, in addition to its four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, comes with a separate library, a kitchen with Alabama white vein marble countertops sourced from "the number one quarry in the United States", and a 78-bottle wine refrigerator.
