The renovated building will feature 55 condos spread out over seven floors

CetraRuddy’s renovation and restoration of a former book bindery in Tribeca is set to wrap up later this year, and now photos by Field Condition have revealed that the building’s scaffolding has come off. The original building was designed by Charles Haight and built in 1884. The seven-story building is now being converted into 53 condos, one of which was scoped by Jennifer Lawrence last month.

The Metro Loft-developed project, which is located at 443 Greenwich Street, will feature 45 loft-style apartments that range in size from 2,900-square feet to 4,250 square feet. And eight penthouses that range in size from 5,000 square feet to 9,300 square feet. The project also includes a 4,000-square foot courtyard designed by HM White, which is located in the center of the building.

Amenities for this project include a hamam, a yoga room, and an indoor lap pool. Several of the apartments at the building are already in contract, but of those available, prices range from $7.15 million for a two-bedroom, and go up to $55 million for five-bedroom penthouse.
