Plans for this 19-story tower located at 301 East 61st Street were announced at the end of 2014, and Curbed now has the first interior renderings for the project. Developed in collaboration between Third Palm Capital LLC with Real Estate Inverlad Development LLC, the project features a total of 30 apartments that range in size from studios to four-bedrooms.
Prices for this Manuel Glas-designed condo start at $800,000 for a studio and just over $4 million for a three-bedroom. Sales are being handled by the Shemesh Team at Corcoran, and will begin sometime this summer. Developers have also unveiled the teaser website for the tower.
Located right at the border of the Upper East Side and Midtown, the tower, now known as The Clare, is just one of several projects planned for the nearby area, most notably the SOM-designed undulating tower at 252 East 57th Street. Construction on The Clare is expected to wrap up sometime this fall.
