Sean Combs Cuts Ask of Park Imperial Pad to Just $6.5M

The two-bedroom Park Imperial apartment is back, down from the original ask of $8.5M

Just six months after it took a $100,000 price cut Sean Combs' Park Imperial apartment is back on the market with yet another price chop. It's now asking $6.5 million, the Observer reports, down from the $6.995 million it was asking this past January.

That would still be a profit for the music mogul who purchased the 66th-floor apartment for $3.82 million in 2005. He subsequently altered the three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom unit by converting one of the bedrooms into a media room, and one of the bathrooms into a wet bar.

Other features include radiant heated floors in the bathroom, high ceilings, and seven-foot wide plank solid wood floors all spread out over 2,300 square feet of space. Combs originally listed the apartment for $8.5 million in 2012, and it's been on and off the market several times since.

Another celebrity who had a hard time selling their apartment at the Park Imperial was Law & Order: SVU star Christopher Meloni, who finally sold his apartment last fall, after three years of trying.
