New Looks Inside Thomas Juul-Hansen's High Line-Hugging Condo

New, 3 comments

The duplex, now fully-furnished, is asking just shy of $19 million

Apartments at Thomas Juul-Hansen's High Line-adjacent project have been on the market for quite some time now, and of the development's 35 condos, only four are still listed on StreetEasy (an additional listed unit is the Super's). One of them is a four-bedroom duplex located on the ninth and 10th floors of the West tower, and developers have now released new images of the fully-furnished unit.

Spanning 4,664 square feet, the penthouse is only one of two still available at Hansen's 10-story twin buildings located on either side of the High Line. Some of the standout features of this apartment include 13-foot ceilings on the 10th floor, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining/media room, radiant heated floors in the master bathroom, and a 1,150 square foot terrace with views of the Hudson River.
