JDS Development Group is mostly known for its towering structures be it the under-construction American Copper Buildings in Kips Bay, Brooklyn's planned first supertall, or the newly announced 77-story tower on the Lower East Side, but in Park Slope, the development firm is working on a comparatively modest project. Construction is moving along swiftly on Baltic, new images by Field Condition, posted on Brownstoner have revealed.
Curbed now has its hands on a new living room rendering for the building that will rise 11-stories and have 44 condos when complete. The VOA Architecture VOA, now Stantec-designed building is located at 613 Baltic Street, and will feature amenities like a two-level landscaped garden and terrace, a gym, and an outdoor cinema.
Sales launched on the building back in February this year and apartments start from $920,000. A few units are already in contract, according to StreetEasy.
