Architect: Issac & Stern

Size: 73 units, 21 stories

Add The Nevins to the growing list of developments populating Boerum Hill. The first batch of listings for the Issac & Stern-designed condo building have hit the market with somewhat reasonable asking prices (all things considered). Of the tower’s 73 apartments, just three have been listed thus far, with a 491-square-foot studio asking $504,300; a 716-square-foot one-bedroom for $897,148; and the largest of the trio, a 1,048-square-foot two-bedroom, asking $1,353,210. None of the three-bedroom units are up for grabs just yet.

The homes feature wide-plank oak floors, huge windows, central air conditioning, and Bosch washer and dryers. Among amenities within The Nevins are a rooftop terrace, fitness room, children’s playroom, and 24-hour attended lobby. Though the building is still on the rise, it’s well on its way towards completion and can expect to see its first set of tenants move in by 2017.

The developer is Adam America Real Estate, which a press release notes is "involved in seven new luxury residential developments in Boerum Hill and along the Fourth Avenue corridor," including 610 Warren and two buildings on Baltic Street.
