Located right next to the Pacific Park megaproject in Prospect Heights, 670 Pacific Street just launched leasing on its 86 apartments, and residents will be able to move in starting August 1. Developed by Read Property, 670 Pacific Street is an eight story building that has a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom apartments.
In terms of pricing, studios start at $2,400, one-bedrooms at $2,999, and two-bedrooms at $4,200 — however all of these are net effective rents after a one month rent concession. Of the 86 apartments, 13 are studios, 17 are one-bedroom apartments that come with a home office, 37 are regular one-bedrooms, and there are 19 two-bedroom units.
Some of the standout features in these apartments include nine to 10-foot tall ceilings, Corus quartz countertops in the kitchen, deep soaking bathtubs, and private terraces and balconies for some select apartments.
There are amenities galore in this Kutnicki Bernstein Architects-designed building. The roof deck for instance comes with a running track, barbecue pits, an outdoor movie screening area, and a bocce ball court. There’s also a fitness center, a tenants lounge, library, 86 indoor parking spots, and bike storage. Citi Habitats New Developments is handling the leasing on the units.
The developer first filed plans for the building in early 2014, and it appears that work has been progressing steadily since.
