The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is furnished in Ligne Roset

Sales kicked off at HFZ’s rental-to-condo conversion 88&90 Lexington Avenue last June, and the team has finally rolled out its first model unit for one half of the dual-building development. The set of exclusive photos shows off the three bedroom, four bathroom apartment in 90 Lexington, the more modern of the two buildings that comprises the development.

The model was staged by French furniture company Ligne Roset, and comes along with a new offer to residents: a complimentary design consultation along with preferred pricing on the firm’s furnishings. The package is an increasingly popular offering at high-end developments, like Herzog & de Meuron’s 160 Leroy Street where residents can purchase custom furniture packages by Christian Liaigre.

The 2,025-square-foot model unit is on the market for $4.579 million. The listing is on the higher end of the building’s offerings, which currently range from a $1.825 million one-bedroom to a $5.875 million four-bedroom. Of the 35 apartments listed for sale on StreetEasy, 19 are in contract.
