The mini space has major amenities

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

It’s not too often that you come across a listing with built-in colorblocking.

The junior one-bedroom in Chelsea’s 59-unit co-op building at 250 West 15th Street works a lot into its 500-square-foot space. Although it’s technically a studio, the adorable apartment, asking $699,000, has a sleep alcove sectioned off from the common space that features a built-in bed, two small storage spaces on either side, and additional storage overhead. The wall leading up to the high ceilings are doused in a bright yellow paint with a splash of orange paneling along the bed’s baseboard.

The kitchen’s white and stainless steel design is accentuated with a blue-tiled backsplash along its length while the bathroom’s black slate adds yet another pop of color. Other amenities include dark hardwood floors, built-in Bose speakers, a wood-burning fireplace, and a whooping eight closets.
