The Bethune Street apartment is ready for its next act

The West Village apartment last occupied by the late, great character actor Philip Seymour Hoffman is back on the market again after a "big cleanup," the Post reports. The two-bedroom apartment at 35 Bethune Street has struggled to find an occupant after Seymour was found deceased in one of its bathrooms in February 2014. Following the encounter, the apartment first went on the market as a rental in March 2014 seeking $10,500 per month. It’s now back again asking $10,250. The apartment comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wood-burning fireplace.
