The lofty pad has a sprawling 1,400-square-foot terrace

The penthouse at 139 West 19th Street has been passed on from one creative owner to another. According to Luxury Listings NYC, editor of Elle magazine Lori Goldstein has sold her penthouse pad to Momofuku Milk Bar owner Christina Tosi and boyfriend Will Guidara who co-owns upscale dining restaurant Eleven Madison Park (h/t The Real Deal).

The fashionable two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft-like home sold for $3.7 million and features a huge living room, open kitchen/dining rooms, exposed brick, high ceilings, oversized windows, and a wood-burning fireplace. The star of the show is undoubtedly its 1,400-square-foot terrace that’s beautifully landscaped and boasts a variety of plants and trees, a huge shed, and plenty of seating space to kick back and relax.
