As for the apartment itself, it’s located on 3rd Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues—an extremely good location that puts it near one of the neighborhood’s main drags. The layout itself is a little weird—that long hallway!—but when you take into account the location, the outdoor access, and the price, it begins to look like a good deal … for someone, anyway.
