The High Line-adjacent, private-pool sporting condos have topped out, and are now being fitted with their curtain wall, well on their way to an anticipated 2017 completion, new photos by Field Condition have revealed. Soori High Line, as the project is known, features a total of 31 apartments that range in size from one bedrooms to five bedrooms. They’re being offered up as singles, duplexes, and triplexes, and 16 of them come with heated, salt water swimming pools, which is apparently a trademark of architect Soo K. Chan.
Several of the apartments in this 11-story building are already in contract, and of those listed on the market, prices range from $3.5 million for a two-bedroom and go up to $15.1 million for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit.
Developer Siras Oriel will also offer residents a spa, steam, and sauna, along with a residents lounge and a library. Apartments will come fitted with floor to ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and fireplaces in every living room, among other features.
