Former Nets star Thaddeus Young lists Brooklyn condo for $6.3M

Now that he's an Indiana Pacer, a Brooklyn condo probably isn't necessary

Now that former Brooklyn Nets forward Thaddeus Young is officially a Pacer (and is presumably putting down roots in Indianapolis), he doesn’t really need the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom apartment he purchased at One Brooklyn Bridge Park not quite a year ago. And so the unit is back on the market for $6.3 million, which is just about $1 million more than what he paid for it (h/t The Real Deal).

It has all of the high-end amenities that you’d expect from one of Brooklyn’s priciest buildings: chef’s kitchen, master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, and even a screening room with, per the listing, "plush seating and state-of-the-art sound." It also has Manhattan skyline views, and a terrace made with wood reclaimed from the Coney Island Boardwalk, because of course it does.
