Among them are a poker room, half basketball court, and 22,000-square-foot garden

The tetrahedron "courtscraper" that is Via 57 West, designed by Danish starchitect Bjarke Ingels, is in the middle of its last bit of construction. Though the model units for the building’s 709 apartments were revealed back in March, the amenities were yet to be completed. But Field Condition was on site recently to capture photos of "America’s best tall building" and its branded amenities, including a fitness center (VIA Fit), 22,000 square-foot garden (VIA Garden), and recreation rooms (VIA Social, naturally). named VIA Fit, VIA Garden, and VIA Social respectively.

Currently, only seven of those more than 700 units are available on StreetEasy. The building has 178 unique floorplans and offers studios through five-bedrooms, with pricing ranging from $2,900 to as much as $16,500 a month.
