Sportscaster Marv Albert has scored a four-bedroom penthouse at ODA New York’s Tribeca condo, 5 Franklin Place, The Real Deal reports. Albert dropped $10.3 million on the 4,410 square foot pad, that also comes with 4.5 bathrooms, and over 600 square feet of outdoor space.
The apartment is one of 53 in the 20-story building that was developed by the Elad Group, and some of the standout features in a penthouse here include five inch plank hardwood floors, hand-laid imported marble in the bathrooms, and an open chef’s kitchen.
Amenities in the building include a landscaped roof deck with a swimming pool and cabanas, a gym, and a children’s playroom. Albert previously lived in a penthouse near the Lincoln Center for almost 20 years. He sold that 3,553 square foot home for nearly $15 million in 2014.
