A 21-story residential building on Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn is being fitted with its facade as it aims to wrap up construction by the end of the year, photos published by YIMBY have revealed. Just last summer, the site was still home to four pre-war walk-ups, but they since been demolished and replaced by this tower, which will bring 108 apartments to the neighborhood.
Developed by Quinlan Development and Lonicera Partners, the project, which is located at 117 Livingston Street, and is also going by its new address of 415 Red Hook Lanes, will have just under 95,000-square-feet of residential space. That works out on average to about 874-square-feet per apartment.
Plans for the Ennead Architects-designed building also call for retail which will be located on the cellar through second floor. Amenities here include space for 56 bicycles, a lounge, a rooftop terrace, a gym, and laundry facilities on site.
